Camping (Tents)
One of six widely-spaced grass pitches for your tent, bivi or tepee in our eastern paddock. Toilet and water available in season. Wi-Fi included. No dogs or children under 12yo.
Pitch up, pop up and stroll around our mown meadow paths, before settling in for a spot of wildlife-watching or star-gazing.
Located in our eastern paddock (which we're slowly transforming into a wildflower meadow) and surrounded by arable farmland, our camp site offers widely-spaced grass pitches for your tent, bivi or tepee.
Facilities include a portable toilet, water fill-up, recycling and rubbish disposal. Free-of-charge WiFi is available for those requiring wireless Internet access (via our new superfast broadband connection) and we can charge phones and other portable devices if needed. The site is level and accessed via our large car-park, where we have electric vehicle charging (EV / BEV / PHEV / HEV). Under-cover bicycle storage is also available on request.
There's on-foot access to the nearby Friday Street farm shop and café restaurant (500m) as well as the local network of public footpaths (PRoW), connecting you with everything from ancient woodland to a shop selling camping accessories (Farnham Leisure).
Due to the nature of the setting only a limited number of vehicles are permitted on the camp site (others can be left in our car-park) and we do not allow open fires, dogs or children under 12 years old - sorry!

Static Caravan
Cosalt Carlton Super 35 ft x 12 ft, four-berth, two-bedroomed static caravan in our East Paddock
Our static caravan is a good size (35 ft long and 12 ft wide), with a nice living room, dedicated dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (main is a double and second is a double or twin) and a shared bathroom with shower. It’s plumbed into mains water and electric, and uses propane for cooking and hot water. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi, and TV licensing is all taken care of.
In terms of location it’s situated to the east of our farmhouse, in a quiet part of our paddocks overlooking arable land. We’ve loads of parking (enough for 30 cars plus a lorry or two) and we’re in a good spot for access to Aldeburgh / Woodbridge / Framlingham and our nearest town of Saxmundham (with Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets, independent shops and a railway station). We’re also only 500m away from the Friday Street Farm Shop & Café, which is both handy and walkable!

Well behaved pets welcome in our self-catering accommodation and CAMC CL. In our accommodation we charge £25 per animal (£30 from 2024) and reserve the right to recover the cost of rectifying any damage or for any additional cleaning required. Dogs must be kept on a lead outside and not left unattended in our properties. Puppies only by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted within accommodation or near buildings.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION: Half the cost of your reservation is payable immediately and the balance a fortnight before you are due to arrive. By providing card details during the booking process you consent to us collecting outstanding amounts as they become due without further notice. A full refund will be made for cancellations received at least 30 days before the holiday commences. Thereafter, refunds can only be considered if the property is successfully re-let. Cheques should be made payable to “Mollett’s Partnership” and we can also provide bank details on request. If your selected rate type includes the letters "NR" then it is non-refundable and must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
CARAVANNERS/CAMPERS: Unless specifically requested, no further payment is required until your arrival. Pitches are normally available from midday and are not numbered on site. Please respect the Caravan and Motorhome Club's 6m rule and pick a spot you like! Guests to our caravan site may also use our Wi-Fi / Internet access. Refunds of advance payments are entirely at our discretion.
